1 and half cups of gluten-free, self raising flour, 1 cup of brown sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp salt, 1 tblsp vinegar, 1 tsp baking soda,1 cup of oil. vanilla, 3 very ripe bananas.
Blend wet ingredients.
Then add dry and blend again.
Will be a wet juicy batter. If it’s too dry add a splash of plant milk.
Bake on a medium hot oven until knife comes out clean.
Leave to cool completely then ice with vegan butter blended with soft brown sugar.
